At Resell With Ease, all products are digital and delivered electronically. We do not ship physical goods.

1. Digital Delivery

All purchases from Resell With Ease are digital products, including supplier lists, contact information, and related resources. Upon successful payment, your digital products will be delivered instantly via email to the address you provided at checkout.

2. Delivery Timeframe

  • Instant Delivery: Digital files are sent immediately after payment confirmation
  • Typical Delivery Time: Within minutes of purchase completion
  • Maximum Delivery Time: Up to 24 hours (in rare cases of technical delays)

3. Email Delivery

Important:

  • Ensure the email address you provide at checkout is accurate and accessible
  • Check your spam/junk folder if you don't receive your files within a few minutes
  • Add our sending email to your contacts to ensure delivery

We are not responsible for:

  • Incorrect email addresses were provided at checkout
  • Emails blocked by spam filters
  • Full inbox preventing delivery
  • Emails were accidentally deleted by the customer

4. Access Issues

If you have not received your digital products within 24 hours of purchase, please use our support page and provide:

  • Your order number or transaction ID
  • The email address used at checkout
  • Date and time of purchase

We will resend your files promptly once we verify your purchase.

5. No Physical Shipping

Resell With Ease does not offer physical products or physical shipping. All products are digital downloads delivered via email only.

6. Downloadable Files

Your digital products may be delivered as:

  • PDF documents
  • Text files
  • Spreadsheets
  • Other digital file formats

Ensure you have the appropriate software to open and view the files (most common file types can be opened on any device).

7. Redelivery

If you lose access to your files or accidentally delete them, please use our support page with your order details. We will make reasonable efforts to resend your purchase, subject to verification of your original transaction.

8. Multiple Email Addresses

Products can only be delivered to the single email address provided at checkout. We do not send the same purchase to multiple email addresses, as this violates our Terms of Service regarding redistribution.

9. Technical Requirements

To receive and access your digital products, you need:

  • A valid, working email address
  • Internet connection
  • Device capable of opening standard file formats (PDF, documents, etc.)
  • Email client or webmail access
